Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team. This role is primarily focused on carrying out cleaning duties across multiple client sites and providing holiday and sickness cover where needed.

A company van will be provided for travel between sites.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday only
• No weekend work
• Mostly evening shifts
• Typical working hours are approximately 3:00pm to 9:00pm
• Some morning shifts may be required to provide holiday and sickness cover
• Flexibility is essential

Key Responsibilities

As a Mobile Cleaning Operative, your duties will include:

• Mopping, sweeping and vacuuming floors
• Cleaning and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints
• Cleaning communal areas, offices and commercial premises
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Cleaning washrooms and toilet facilities
• Maintaining high cleaning standards across all sites
• Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Travelling between sites as required
• Providing cover for employee holidays and sickness absence

What We’re Looking For

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
• Flexible and willing to travel between sites
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
