We’re looking for a reliable, positive and hardworking Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team. You’ll travel between client sites, helping us deliver the high standards our customers expect and providing cover for colleagues when they’re on holiday or off sick.

This is a varied role with a company van provided for business use. You’ll work across different sites rather than being based in one location.

About the Role

You’ll carry out cleaning work across a range of commercial and communal premises along the M5 corridor, from the outskirts of Bristol up to Dursley and the surrounding areas, travelling between sites in your company van.

Your schedule will be organised for you, so you’ll know which sites you’re visiting and what work needs to be completed. You’ll have the support of our management team and the equipment and supplies needed to do your job.

As part of the mobile team, you’ll help provide holiday and sickness cover, keeping things running smoothly for our customers when other team members are unavailable.

A company van will be provided for travel between sites, and you may occasionally help transport cleaning supplies where needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out scheduled cleaning work across multiple client sites
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Cleaning commercial premises, offices and communal areas
• Following site instructions and health and safety procedures
• Travelling between sites in your company van
• Helping provide holiday and sickness cover across the team
• Keeping cleaning materials and supplies topped up when needed
• Communicating with the management team about any issues or additional requirements

Working Hours

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Primarily afternoon and evening shifts
• Occasional early morning shifts may be required to cover holidays or sickness
• Flexibility is needed to support different sites when cover is required
• No regular weekend working

The role is mainly suited to someone happy working afternoons and evenings, with some flexibility to cover other shifts when required.

Previous cleaning experience is useful but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this mobile role.
